Hope the new owners clean this mess up soon. No way I would rent a slip here.
I'm told the catfish is terrific! Has an outside seating in addition to inside. Very quiet meal on the water! They do serve beer and wine too! Have public restroom, a large parking area and daily specials.
We decided to do a day excursion since it was a beautiful day out. We stopped at the marina as we found from passing that it appeared clean and somewhat inviting. Boy were we wrong!
We found the proprietor or owner? very rude. When we tried to ask questions (since we were not from the area), his answers were very curt. If we did dare to ask him to elaborate, he would give a terse statement as a reply. We found the whole experience very off putting and will not be going back.
I wish they were open year round. Good catfish and great views. Lovely place and we will be back!
Stayed 8 days in one of the cabins & fished the never-ending river. Cabins are more than we expected. Had dinner at Temberloft (Right in the marina) food was excellent!
